Tomás Serna
Master in Conflict Studies at the Open University Catalonia UOC and DEA in International Relations at University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, Tomas Serna specializes in governance and peace, and the provision of consulting services for the development of the capacities of local organizations.
He was representative of SNV, the Netherlands development organization, in Guinea Bissau (2009-12), he represented the Spanish cooperation AECID in Casamance, Senegal (2012-15) and worked for different agencies and international organizations in Senegal and in Guinea Bissau (Action Against Hunger, France Volontaires, Weltfriedentstdienst, UNDP GB, and Save the Children International West Africa).
Tomas Serna combines the background of a researcher, the practice of a field facilitator and the experience of a manager.
Amadou Mateugue Gueye
Information Technology Officer Amadou is used for ensuring the proper functioning of an IT system with alerting and monitoring work, to ensure high performance that allows effective and efficient program delivery.
This includes organizing IT operational requirements, support and training of staff on sensitive topics such as personal data, and technical skills related to their work.
Implementing innovative automation ideas within the framework of T4D (Technology for Development)
oversee the implementation of IT projects.

Tahirou Kanoute
Tahirou is Director of the ETDS firm (Territorial Economy and Development Services). This partner firm created in June 2012 brings together professionals with extensive experience in Senegal in the fields of rural development, agroforestry, training, communication, development education, environment and research.
Specialized in agri-food sectors ETDS recently passed the GI Geographical Indication standard, quality label, for the Madd fruit of Casamance. This is the first product labeled with IG Geographic Identity in Senegal.
